Green Beans with Mustard Vinaigrette

INGREDIENTS:
16 oz green beans, steamed
1 1/2 tsp olive oil
1 1/2 tsp cider vinegar
1 tsp stone-ground mustard
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper


DIRECTIONS:
Combine the last 5 ingredients in a small bowl, whisk well. Add to the green beans and toss well to coat.
