Carrot Bars

INGREDIENTS/DIRECTIONS:

Beat 4 eggs until thick.

Add:
2 cups sugar
1 ½ cups vegetable oil
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon

Mix. Add 3 jars carrot baby food. Pour into greased cookie sheet or jelly roll pan (or 9 x 13 pan plus a square pan). Bake 30-40 min at 350 degrees.

Frosting: Beat and spread over cooled bars.
¾ of 8 oz package cream cheese
3 tbsp butter
½ tsp vanilla
3 cups powdered sugar
