INGREDIENTS:
Canadian Bacon, diced
Butter or Margarine (1 TBL)
1 Pkg of Frozen Peas
1/2 Onion, diced
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp pepper
In a skillet, cook the canadian bacon in butter until lightly browned. Add the onions until they are tender. Add remaining ingredients, cover and cook about 10 minutes.
